Makes me wonder how some artists do this kinda work. I'd love to be able to do this, but I lack drawing ability.

IMO - your art, your call, just my interpretation.

thank you for your feedback. as i've told you before, i feel that your interpretation is every bit as valid as my own. especially since i am drawing upon the unconscious and using music to lead me... these things are loaded with meaning i can't even begin to process consciously.

I do wonder what program, if any you'd use to create something like this.

This image is more of an expression of the inner mind, I'd say. I do regular meditations with various entheogens, so in a fashion-- the image here is an expression of the worlds inside our minds.

that is certainly true. my images are expressions of dreams and music, and these both are born in the vast spaces of the mind...
this image is acrylic painted on wood... all in all, i stopped doing digital work when i stopped focusing on photography.

I LOVE this one! I think a big part of it is just that you are using my "power colors" (the combination of purple, red and black). I'm not sure what it "says to me". Just feeling lots of energy from the black swirls and the texture of the background. It's a very positive kind of vibe, and it makes me happy to look at the painting ^_____^
